FOR PATIENTS WE HAVE CERTIFIED BEFORE: Book an one on one appointment with one of our Cannabis Doctors so you may have your Arkansas Cannabis Card Renewed. Please make sure you have uploaded a current copy of your ID and MMJ card. Also, make sure all of your patient information we have on file current. FOR PATIENTS WE HAVE NOT CERTIFIED BEFORE: Book an one on one appointment with one of our Cannabis Doctors so you may have your Arkansas Cannabis Card Renewed. Once booked, please be sure to complete your patient intake form. We can now able recterify patients via telemedicine. If requesting telemedicine, please book your appointment then send us a message stating so. All patients requesting telemedicine must have a smart phone with Facetime or Google Duo, and the understanding/ability to make and receive video calls. If you have issues uploading documents, then please email or fax them to us before at least 24 hours before your appointment. Be sure to include: Copy of your current MMJ card and a copy of your valid Arkansas Drivers Licenses or valid State of Arkansas issued ID.
