FOR PATIENTS WE HAVE CERTIFIED BEFORE: Book an one on one appointment with one of our Cannabis Doctors so you may have your Arkansas Cannabis Card Renewed. Please make sure you have uploaded a current copy of your ID and MMJ card. Also, make sure all of your patient information we have on file current. FOR PATIENTS WE HAVE NOT CERTIFIED BEFORE: Book an one on one appointment with one of our Cannabis Doctors so you may have your Arkansas Cannabis Card Renewed. Once booked, please be sure to complete your patient intake form. If you are having issues completing our intake form. Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
