Book an one on one appointment with one of our Cannabis Doctors so you may apply for your Arkansas Cannabis Card. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY. Onced Booked upload the following in your members area or email or fax us the following at least 24 hours before you visit: Medical Records confirming you suffer from one of the Current Qualifying Conditions or be a person who has experienced a traumatic event and believe that they are possibly suffering from PTSD. A valid Arkansas Drivers Licenses or valid State of Arkansas issued ID. You must be an Arkansas resident over 18 and not an ACTIVE member of the military (Arkansas National Guard included).
